The Hotel Sales Manager will be responsible for driving sales and revenue through effective strategies and management of the hotel's sales team. This role requires a highly motivated and experienced professional with a strong background in hotel sales, preferably in the city of Malindi. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and leadership skills, as well as the ability to build relationships with clients and drive business growth.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to increase revenue for the hotel
- Manage and motivate the sales team to achieve targets and goals
- Identify new business opportunities and build relationships with potential clients
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to stay ahead in the market
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and guest satisfaction
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and budgets for management review
- Conduct regular training sessions for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and conferences to network and promote the hotel

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in hotel sales management, preferably in Malindi or similar location
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership abilities with a hands-on approach

We offer a competitive salary of $1200 per month plus commission based on performance. Accommodation can also be provided if needed. Candidates must have a valid biometric passport.
