We are seeking an enthusiastic and motivated entry-level Barista to join our team at a popular coffee shop in the beautiful city of Funchal. This is a great opportunity for someone with a passion for coffee and customer service to kickstart their career in the hospitality industry.

Responsibilities:
- Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner
- Take orders and prepare various types of coffee drinks according to customer preferences
- Ensure quality control by following recipes and standards set by the company
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Handle cash transactions accurately
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing any inquiries or concerns

Requirements:
- No prior experience required, training will be provided on the job
- Must have a positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Good communication skills in English (Portuguese is a plus)
- Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
- Must have valid work visa for Portugal (visa sponsorship available for non-EU citizens)
