Job Title: Facade Technician

As a Facade Technician, you will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing building facades in Almada. Your main duty will be to ensure that the facades are safe, functional, and aesthetically pleasing. You will work closely with architects and other construction professionals to ensure that the facades meet design specifications. This role requires physical strength and dexterity, as well as knowledge of various facade materials and techniques. Accommodation will be provided for all nationalities.

Key Responsibilities:
- Install new facades according to design plans and specifications
- Conduct regular inspections of existing facades and identify any necessary repairs or maintenance
- Repair damaged or worn facade components using appropriate tools and techniques
- Ensure that all safety protocols are followed during installation and maintenance work
- Communicate effectively with architects, contractors, and other team members to ensure smooth project completion
- Keep accurate records of work performed and materials used
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and advancements in facade technology

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Previous experience working with building facades preferred
- Basic knowledge of construction methods and materials
- Physical strength and ability to work at heights for extended periods of time
- Attention to detail and ability to follow design plans accurately
- Strong communication skills in English (knowledge of Portuguese is a plus)

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)
