We are excited to announce an opportunity for a part-time Senior Architect to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing the design and construction of various architectural projects. The ideal candidate will have significant experience in the field of architecture and a strong understanding of design principles and building codes. This position offers a competitive salary of 1100$ per month and includes accommodation.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all phases of architectural projects from conception to completion
- Develop and present design proposals to clients
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals to ensure project success
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review and approve construction plans, specifications, and materials
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and safety standards
- Manage project budgets and timelines

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum 5 years of experience as an Architect
- Strong knowledge of design principles and building codes
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, SketchUp, or other design software
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Attention to detail and problem-solving skills

Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience working on projects in cold climate regions
- Familiarity with sustainable design practices
- Fluency in English (Norwegian is a plus)
