We are a solar energy company looking for a skilled Solar Installer to join our team in Os, Norway. The ideal candidate will have experience in installing solar panels and related equipment, as well as knowledge of electrical systems and safety protocols.

Responsibilities:
- Install solar panels, inverters, and other related equipment according to manufacturer instructions and industry standards
- Perform site surveys to determine optimal panel placement and wiring routes
- Ensure all equipment is properly grounded and connected to the electrical grid
- Troubleshoot any issues that may arise during installation or after completion
- Adhere to all safety protocols and regulations while working on roofs or other elevated areas
- Maintain a clean and organized work area at all times

Requirements:
- Previous experience as a Solar Installer or similar role
- Strong understanding of electrical systems and wiring diagrams
- Knowledge of safety protocols for working with electricity and on roofs
- Ability to read and interpret technical manuals and instructions
- Physically fit to perform duties such as climbing ladders, carrying heavy equipment, etc.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
