Sales Manager - Os, Norway
We are seeking a driven and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. As the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing a team of sales representatives to achieve company sales targets. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$ per month and includes accommodation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to meet company goals
- Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives to achieve individual and team targets
- Monitor market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide ongoing coaching and training to team members
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, customer service, and product development to drive sales initiatives
- Build strong relationships with key clients and negotiate contracts to secure long-term partnerships
- Prepare reports on sales performance, revenue, expenses, and budget variances
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field
- Minimum 3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the same industry or similar role
- Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales targets
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and develop a team
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Knowledge of CRM software and MS Office applications
