Sales Manager
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Manager to join our team in Os, Norway. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and business development, with strong leadership skills and the ability to drive results.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Identify new business opportunities and potential clients
- Nurture existing client relationships to ensure customer satisfaction and retention
- Lead and motivate the sales team to meet and exceed targets
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to stay ahead of the competition
- Create sales presentations and proposals for potential clients
- Collaborate with other departments such as marketing, finance, and operations to ensure cohesive business strategies
- Travel to meet with clients or attend industry events as needed
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience in sales management, preferably in a related industry
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Proven track record of meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- Familiarity with CRM software and other sales tools
- Willingness to travel as needed (up to 50%)
- Fluent English speaker (Norwegian language skills a plus)
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month plus commission based on performance. Our company also provides visa sponsorship for non-Norwegian nationals. This is an urgent position that requires candidates who can start immediately.
