Nurse Specialist

We are hiring a highly skilled and compassionate Nurse Specialist to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Nurse Specialist, you will be responsible for providing specialized nursing care to patients and their families, collaborating with other healthcare professionals, and ensuring the highest quality of patient care.

Responsibilities:
- Assessing and monitoring patient health status
- Developing individualized care plans based on patient needs
- Administering medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Educating patients and their families on self-care techniques and healthy lifestyle choices
- Collaborating with other healthcare professionals to provide comprehensive care
- Maintaining accurate patient records and documentation
- Adhering to all nursing standards, policies, and procedures

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing or equivalent
- Valid nursing license in Denmark (or ability to obtain one)
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Nurse, preferably in a specialized area such as pediatrics or oncology
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment
- Compassionate nature and strong empathy for patients

Preferred qualifications:
- Master's degree in Nursing or related field
- Previous experience as a Nurse Specialist or Clinical Nurse Specialist
- Fluency in Danish (or willingness to learn)

Salary: 1500$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Kolding, Denmark
