Machine Operator

A machine operator is responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining various machines used in the production process. They must have a good understanding of how the machines work and be able to troubleshoot any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate should have prior experience in operating machines, preferably in a manufacturing environment. They should also be able to read and interpret blueprints and have good technical skills. This full-time position is located in Dickirch and offers a salary of $1700 per month. As a machine operator, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Setting up and adjusting machines according to production specifications
- Operating various machines such as lathes, mills, drills, grinders, etc.
- Monitoring machines during operation to ensure they are running properly
- Troubleshooting issues that may arise during production
- Performing routine maintenance on machines
- Reading and interpreting blueprints to ensure accurate production
- Maintaining a safe and clean work environment

To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior experience operating machines in a manufacturing or industrial setting
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Strong technical skills and mechanical aptitude
- Attention to detail and ability to troubleshoot issues quickly
- Good communication skills in English (French or German is a plus)
- Flexibility to work shifts if needed
