Requirements:
- Indian nationality preferred
- Fluent in English and Hindi (additional languages are a plus)

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively

Responsibilities:
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing product or service information through various online platforms such as email, chat, or social media
- Assisting customers with placing orders, tracking shipments, processing returns or exchanges, and resolving any issues that may arise
- Providing technical support for our online services or products
- Building strong relationships with customers by providing exceptional customer service and maintaining a positive attitude at all times
- Collaborating with other departments to ensure timely resolution of customer concerns or issues
- Keeping accurate records of all customer interactions and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all communication
