Online Consultant
As an Online Consultant, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and support to our clients. Your primary role will be to assist customers with any inquiries or issues they may have while using our online platform. This includes troubleshooting technical issues, answering questions about products or services, and providing general support and guidance.
Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via email, chat, or phone
- Troubleshoot technical issues and provide step-by-step instructions to customers
- Educate customers on how to use our online platform effectively
- Identify and escalate any potential issues or concerns to the appropriate team members
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions
- Continuously strive to improve customer satisfaction by providing exceptional service
Requirements:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong problem-solving skills with a patient and empathetic approach
- Ability to multi-task and manage time effectively
- Previous customer service experience is preferred
- Proficiency in using computers and online platforms
- Fluency in English is required, knowledge of additional languages is a plus
Salary: $1400 per month
City: Clairvaux
Preference for Indian candidates without language requirements. Experience in customer service is preferred but not required. No accommodation provided.
