We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Architect to join our dynamic team in Herzliya, Israel. As a Senior Architect, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the design and construction process, from conceptualization to completion. Your role will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and creating innovative and functional designs that meet their requirements. You will also be responsible for managing budgets, timelines, and resources effectively to ensure successful project delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture and construction management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead a team. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1400 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an Architect or similar role
- Proficiency in AutoCAD, Revit, SketchUp or other design software
- In-depth knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong communication and leadership abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Responsibilities:
- Meet with clients to determine project scope, budget, and requirements
- Develop detailed architectural designs that meet client needs while adhering to building codes and regulations
- Create 2D/3D models using design software for presentation purposes
- Collaborate with engineers, contractors, and other professionals involved in the construction process
- Conduct site visits to ensure projects are meeting design specifications and resolve any issues that may arise during construction
- Manage project timelines and budgets effectively to ensure timely completion of projects within allocated resources
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects on the team
