Job Title: Finisher


We are seeking an experienced Finisher to join our team in Vilnius. As a Finisher, you will be responsible for completing the final stages of production for various products. This role requires excellent attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret product specifications to determine finishing requirements
- Operate different finishing equipment such as sanders, polishers, and grinders
- Apply finishes to products using various techniques, such as spraying or brushing
- Inspect finished products for quality and make any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Follow safety protocols at all times

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Finisher in a manufacturing setting
- Knowledge of different finishing techniques and materials
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications
- Strong attention to detail and quality control skills
- Good physical stamina and dexterity for standing, bending, lifting, and operating equipment for long periods of time
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to meet tight deadlines
- Must have own valid visa for working in Vilnius

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1600$ per month along with accommodation. This is a full-time position with standard working hours from Monday-Friday.
