Administrative Assistant
Our rapidly growing company is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Administrative Assistant to join our team in Eschen. This role will primarily support our administrative tasks, including managing schedules, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills and the ability to multitask effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Manage calendars and schedule appointments
- Coordinate meetings and take meeting minutes
- Answer phone calls and emails, responding or redirecting as necessary
- Maintain accurate records and files
- Prepare reports and presentations
- Assist with travel arrangements for team members
- Order office supplies as needed
- Support other administrative tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or training in office administration is a plus
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Attention to detail and accuracy are essential
Salary: $1400 per month
