We are in need of a skilled Plasterer to join our team in Lisbon. As a Plasterer, you will be responsible for preparing and applying plaster to walls and ceilings to create a smooth and even surface. You will work on various projects, including residential and commercial buildings, to ensure high-quality finishes.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare walls and ceilings for plastering by removing old paint or wallpaper, filling holes and cracks, and ensuring surfaces are clean and smooth.
- Mix plaster materials according to specifications and apply them evenly using hand or power tools.
- Use trowels or other tools to spread the plaster evenly over surfaces, ensuring no air bubbles or gaps.
- Smooth out the surface of the plaster using sandpaper or other tools to achieve a perfect finish.
- Repair any imperfections in the plaster before it dries.
- Follow safety protocols at all times when working with plaster materials.
- Keep work area clean and organized at all times.

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a Plasterer, preferably in both residential and commercial settings.
- Knowledge of different types of plaster materials and their applications.
- Ability to read blueprints and follow instructions accurately.
- Physical stamina to work with heavy tools and materials for extended periods of time.
- Attention to detail and precision when applying plaster for a smooth finish.
- Good communication skills with the ability to work well within a team.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent qualification required.
- Vocational training or apprenticeship in plastering is preferred.

Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this position.
