We are hiring an experienced and talented Architectural Technologist to join our team in Svalbard, Norway. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed drawings and plans for building projects, utilizing your technical skills and knowledge of architectural principles. This is a contract position without accommodation.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and clients to understand project requirements
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Conduct site visits to gather information and ensure accuracy of drawings
- Assist in the development of specifications and cost estimates for projects
- Stay updated on industry codes, standards, and regulations to ensure compliance in designs
- Communicate effectively with team members and stakeholders throughout the design process

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architectural Technology or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficient in CAD software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong understanding of construction materials, methods, and processes
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
