Finishing Specialist

We are in search of a skilled Finishing Specialist to join our team in Herzliya. As a specialist, you will be responsible for providing high-quality finishing services for our clients' projects. This includes preparing surfaces, applying finishes, and ensuring a flawless end result. The ideal candidate will have experience in the field and possess strong attention to detail. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1500$, with accommodation provided if needed. We welcome applicants of any nationality who have their own visa and are fluent in English.

As a Finishing Specialist, your duties will include but are not limited to:

- Preparing surfaces for finishing by sanding, filling holes or imperfections, and ensuring smoothness
- Selecting appropriate finishes based on project requirements and applying them with precision
- Using tools such as brushes, rollers, or sprayers to apply finishes
- Checking finished work for quality and making any necessary touch-ups or adjustments
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace
- Communicating with clients to understand their needs and provide exceptional customer service
- Keeping up-to-date on new techniques and products in the finishing industry

Requirements:

- Previous experience as a finisher or similar role is preferred
- Strong attention to detail and ability to produce high-quality work within tight deadlines
- Familiarity with different types of finishes and their application processes
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to lift heavy materials (up to 50 pounds) as needed
- Flexibility to work overtime or weekends when necessary
