Back-End Developer (Contract)

We are hiring a skilled Back-End Developer to join our team in Lisbon. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining the back-end of our web applications. Your primary focus will be ensuring high performance and responsiveness of our applications, as well as integrating front-end elements built by your team into the application.

To be successful in this role, you should have a strong understanding of back-end programming languages such as Java, Python, or Node.js. You should also have experience working with relational databases and API design. Prior experience with web development frameworks like Django or Spring is preferred.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop scalable back-end solutions for web applications.
- Write clean, efficient, and reusable code.

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience as a Back-End Developer or similar role.
- Proficient in at least one back-end programming language (Java, Python, Node.js).
- Experience with relational databases such as MySQL or PostgreSQL.
- Familiarity with web development frameworks (Django, Spring) is preferred.
- Knowledge of API design principles and best practices.
- Good understanding of front-end technologies such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript.
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment.
