We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Back-End Developer to join our team in Lisbon. As a Back-End Developer, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the server-side of our web applications. This includes designing and implementing APIs, integrating with front-end developers, and managing databases.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Back-End Developer
- Expertise in programming languages such as Java, Python, or Ruby
- Experience with server-side frameworks such as Node.js or Django
- Knowledge of database management systems, specifically SQL
- Familiarity with front-end languages such as HTML, CSS, and JavaScript
- Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders

Responsibilities:
- Designing and developing APIs for our web applications
- Integrating front-end elements with server-side logic
- Managing databases and ensuring data security and integrity
- Troubleshooting issues and performing debugging tasks
- Collaborating with front-end developers to ensure efficient integration of components
