Teamlead (Contract) - Os, Norway


As a Teamlead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of professionals in the beautiful city of Oslo, Norway. This is a contract position with a salary of 1000$. Accommodation will also be provided for the duration of the contract.

As the Teamlead, you will oversee the daily operations and productivity of the team, ensuring they meet their goals and deadlines. You will also be responsible for providing guidance and support to team members, as well as conducting performance evaluations and addressing any issues or conflicts that may arise.

In addition to managing the team, you will also collaborate closely with other departments and stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and coordination on projects. Your strong leadership skills and ability to prioritize tasks will be crucial in maintaining an efficient workflow within the team.

We are looking for a candidate who has previous experience in a similar role, preferably in a fast-paced environment. A degree in management or a related field is preferred but not mandatory. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, are essential for this role.

The ideal candidate should possess strong problem-solving skills and be able to make effective decisions under pressure. As this position is based in Oslo, proficiency in Norwegian would be beneficial but not required.
