Architecture Manager
As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing architectural projects in our firm located in La-Condamine. Your role will involve leading a team of architects and coordinating with other departments to ensure the successful completion of projects. You will also be responsible for developing and maintaining relationships with clients, as well as managing project budgets and timelines.
Responsibilities:
- Lead a team of architects to deliver high-quality architectural designs and plans
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient project management
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients to understand their needs and preferences
- Manage project budgets and timelines to ensure successful completion within set parameters
- Stay updated on industry trends, regulations, and best practices to inform design decisions
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Mentor junior architects and provide guidance on project execution
Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in architecture, with a minimum of 2 years in a managerial role
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team effectively
- Proficiency in architectural software such as AutoCAD, Revit, or SketchUp
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlines
- Familiarity with building codes, regulations, and construction processes
- Previous experience working on commercial or residential projects is preferred
Salary: $1100 monthly
