Job Title: Architecture Manager

As an Architecture Manager for our global firm based in La Condamine, you will have the opportunity to lead and manage a team of architects and designers to deliver high-quality and innovative architectural projects. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and objectives, develop design concepts, coordinate project teams, and ensure project timelines are met. Your role will also involve overseeing the financial aspects of projects, including budgeting and cost management. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, excellent project management skills, and the ability to effectively communicate with clients, team members, and stakeholders. This is a contract position without accommodation requirements that is open to candidates from any country.

Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of architects and designers
- Develop design concepts based on client needs
- Coordinate project teams to ensure timely delivery of projects
- Oversee project budgets and costs
- Communicate effectively with clients, team members, and stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years experience in architecture or project management
- Strong understanding of architectural design principles
- Excellent project management skills
- Proficient in relevant software such as AutoCAD and Revit
- Ability to effectively communicate with clients from diverse backgrounds
- Experience managing budgets and costs for architectural projects

Preferred Qualifications:
- Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Experience working on international projects
- Fluency in multiple languages

Salary: $1800 per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: La Condamine (open to candidates from any country)
