Team Lead - Copenhagen, Denmark
We are seeking a motivated and driven individual to join our team as a Team Lead in our Copenhagen office. As a Team Lead, you will be responsible for managing and leading a team of employees to ensure the successful completion of projects and tasks. This is a full-time position and does not require prior experience, making it an ideal opportunity for students looking to gain valuable work experience.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and manage a team of employees to ensure productivity and efficiency
- Assign tasks and projects to team members based on their strengths and skills
- Monitor progress and provide feedback, coaching, and support to team members
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct regular performance evaluations for team members
- Identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to enhance team performance
- Train new employees on company policies, procedures, and processes
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (preferred)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire others
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
- Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Proven ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
Salary:
We offer a competitive salary of 1700$ per month for this full-time position.
