We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Architectural Technologist to join our team in Beer-Sheva. As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for the technical aspects of architectural design and construction projects. Your role will involve creating detailed drawings, producing specifications, and coordinating with other professionals such as architects, engineers, and contractors.

Key Responsibilities:
- Create detailed drawings using computer-aided design software
- Produce specifications for materials and construction methods
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress and address any technical issues
- Keep up-to-date with industry regulations and standards
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in computer-aided design software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong technical knowledge of building materials and construction methods
- Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team

Salary: 1700$ per month (negotiable based on experience)

Location: Beer-Sheva, Israel

Preference given to Indian candidates. This is a contract position suitable for men. English proficiency is not required but would be considered an asset.
