As an Architectural Technologist, you will be responsible for creating detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects, ensuring they comply with all relevant codes and regulations. You will also work closely with architects and engineers to develop design concepts and provide technical support throughout the construction process. This is a full-time position with a salary of $1800 per month.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 2 years experience as an Architectural Technologist
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and other design software
- Strong knowledge of building codes and regulations
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and blueprints
- Excellent communication and teamwork skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy

Responsibilities:
- Create detailed technical drawings and plans for building projects
- Ensure all designs comply with relevant codes and regulations
- Collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other professionals to develop design concepts
- Provide technical support throughout the construction process
- Review contractor submittals for accuracy and compliance with design documents
- Attend project meetings to discuss progress, changes, or issues that may arise during construction
- Conduct site visits to inspect construction progress and ensure compliance with design specifications
