Computer Support Specialist


We are hiring a knowledgeable and customer-oriented Computer Support Specialist to join our dynamic team in Sheduva. As a Computer Support Specialist, you will be responsible for providing technical assistance and support to our clients, ensuring their computer systems run smoothly and efficiently. Your main duties will include troubleshooting hardware and software issues, installing and configuring computer systems, and maintaining computer networks. You should have excellent communication skills, as you will be interacting with clients on a daily basis. Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required. This is a full-time position with an attractive salary of 900$ per month.

Key Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email or in-person
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues on computers and peripherals
- Install and configure new computer systems for clients
- Maintain computer networks, including servers, routers, switches, etc.
- Perform regular maintenance tasks such as updates and backups
- Keep track of all support requests and provide timely resolutions
- Communicate effectively with clients to understand their needs and provide solutions accordingly
- Train clients on how to use new technology or software if needed

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field is preferred
- Proven experience as a Computer Support Specialist or similar role
- Excellent knowledge of computer hardware, software and networking systems
- Strong troubleshooting skills
- Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team
