Job Title: Office Manager


We are searching for a reliable and highly organized Office Manager to join our team in Svalbard. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and productivity. Your role will involve managing staff, maintaining office supplies, and coordinating with other departments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the daily operations of the office, including scheduling and supervising administrative staff.
- Develop and maintain office procedures to improve efficiency.
- Coordinate with different departments to ensure smooth communication and workflow.
- Keep track of office expenses and manage budgets.
- Monitor inventory levels and order necessary supplies.
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence.
- Maintain employee records and assist with HR tasks such as recruitment and onboarding.
- Oversee office maintenance, including equipment repairs and cleaning services.

Requirements:
- Proven work experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Excellent communication skills in English (both written and verbal).
- Proficient in MS Office applications.
- Knowledge of basic accounting principles is preferred.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Biometric passport is required for this role.
