Experienced Baker


We are in search of an experienced Baker to join our team in Esbjerg, Denmark. As a Baker, you will be responsible for creating delicious baked goods such as bread, pastries, and desserts. Your primary duties will include mixing and preparing ingredients, baking and decorating items according to recipes and customer orders, and maintaining a clean and organized work environment.

Responsibilities:
- Follow established recipes to create high-quality baked goods
- Prepare doughs by measuring and mixing ingredients
- Bake items in ovens or other equipment according to set temperatures and times
- Decorate cakes and pastries with icing, glazes, fruits, etc.
- Take customer orders for special items and ensure timely delivery
- Maintain cleanliness of work area including equipment, utensils, and floors
- Monitor inventory levels of ingredients and supplies and report any shortages to management
- Ensure compliance with food safety regulations at all times

Requirements:
- Proven experience as a baker or pastry chef (at least 2 years)
- Knowledge of baking techniques and methods
- Excellent time management skills
- Ability to follow recipes accurately
- Attention to detail for decoration purposes
- Good physical stamina for standing for long periods of time and lifting heavy objects (up to 50 lbs)
- Availability to work early mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed

Benefits:
As an experienced Baker at our company in Esbjerg, you will receive a salary of $1300 per month. You will also be provided with free visa sponsorship and a one-time ticket reimbursement upon successful completion of your probationary period.
