Formworker Supervisor

We are hiring a Formworker Supervisor to oversee and manage a team of formworkers in Horsens, Denmark. The ideal candidate should have at least 5 years of experience as a formworker and previous experience in a supervisory role. They should also have the ability to effectively communicate and coordinate with team members, contractors, and clients.

Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate the daily activities of formworkers on construction sites
- Ensure that all formwork is properly installed according to plans and specifications
- Train new formworkers on proper techniques and safety procedures
- Monitor progress and quality of work to ensure timely completion of projects
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and clients to resolve any issues or concerns
- Maintain accurate records of materials used, time worked, and project progress
- Enforce safety regulations and ensure all team members adhere to them
- Order necessary materials and equipment for projects

Requirements:
- Minimum 5 years of experience as a formworker in construction projects
- Previous experience in a supervisory role preferred
- Ability to read blueprints and understand technical drawings
- Strong communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills
- Physical strength and stamina for lifting heavy materials and working in various weather conditions
- Knowledge of safety regulations in the construction industry
- Proficient in Danish language preferred but not required

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1300$ per month.
