Welder Technician


We are in need of a skilled Welder Technician to join our team in Dar Kulaib. As a Welder Technician, you will be responsible for assembling and repairing metal parts by using various welding techniques and equipment. Responsibilities:
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine project specifications
- Measure and mark metal pieces for cutting and shaping
- Operate welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, arc, and gas welders
- Monitor welding process to ensure quality standards are met
- Conduct tests on welded surfaces to identify defects and make necessary repairs
- Collaborate with other team members to complete projects within given timeframes
- Maintain clean and safe work environment by adhering to company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; vocational training or apprenticeship in welding preferred
- Proven experience as a Welder Technician or similar role
- Proficiency in reading blueprints and schematics
- Strong understanding of welding techniques, materials, and safety precautions
- Familiarity with various welding equipment such as MIG, TIG, arc, and gas welders
- Ability to work accurately under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Excellent hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
