Factory Machine Operator



We are in need of a skilled and experienced Factory Machine Operator to join our team in Split. As a Factory Machine Operator, you will be responsible for setting up and operating machinery to produce high-quality products. You will also be required to monitor the machines, perform routine maintenance, and troubleshoot any issues that may arise.

Responsibilities:
- Set up and operate various factory machines according to production specifications
- Monitor machines during operation to ensure they are running smoothly
- Perform routine maintenance on machines to keep them in good working condition
- Troubleshoot any issues with machines and make necessary adjustments or repairs
- Inspect finished products for quality control purposes
- Maintain accurate records of production information, including quantities produced, downtime, and waste
- Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines while operating machinery

Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; technical training or certification preferred
- Minimum of 2 years experience as a Factory Machine Operator or similar role
- Strong mechanical aptitude and ability to troubleshoot machine issues
- Familiarity with various factory machinery such as conveyor belts, presses, and cutting machines
- Ability to read blueprints and follow production specifications
- Good physical stamina and able to lift heavy objects if necessary
- Attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records
- Knowledge of safety protocols related to machine operation
