Land Surveyor

We are seeking a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate measurements for land development projects. This is a contract job with a salary of 1800$ per month, and accommodation will be provided.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct topographic, boundary, and other types of land surveys using various surveying equipment
- Analyze survey data and prepare reports with accurate measurements
- Create detailed maps, drawings, and charts using survey data
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accuracy in project plans
- Maintain and update survey equipment as needed
- Comply with all safety regulations and protocols while conducting surveys

Requirements:
- Degree or certification in Land Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment such as total stations, GPS receivers, and laser scanners
- Strong understanding of land surveying techniques and principles
- Ability to read and interpret maps, blueprints, and construction plans
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver's license

Preference will be given to candidates who have experience working on land development projects. This position is open to both local candidates with their own visa or international candidates who are willing to obtain the necessary work permit. We also welcome students who are pursuing a degree in Land Surveying or related fields.
