Land Surveyor



We are looking for a skilled Land Surveyor to join our team in Lisbon. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys to determine property boundaries and create maps and reports for various construction and development projects. You must have experience in using surveying equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of land surveying principles, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently. This position is suitable for men with their own visa and accommodation in Lisbon.

Salary: $1200/month (negotiable based on experience)

Responsibilities:
- Conduct surveys to determine property boundaries using surveying equipment
- Create maps and reports for construction and development projects
- Analyze survey data and prepare accurate measurements, calculations, and sketches
- Ensure all work is performed in accordance with industry standards and legal requirements
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and other professionals to provide accurate data for project planning
- Maintain accurate records of survey results
- Oversee the work of assistants or other team members when necessary

Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience as a Land Surveyor
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in land surveying or related field
- Proficient in using GPS, total stations, laser scanners, and other surveying equipment
- Strong understanding of land surveying principles and techniques
- Excellent attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Good communication skills and ability to collaborate with team members from different backgrounds
