Administrative Coordinator
Location: Utena, Lithuania
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team in Utena, Lithuania. As an Administrative Coordinator, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to various departments within the company. This is a contract job with a salary of 1100$ per month.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings and appointments for various departments
- Prepare and distribute documents and reports as needed
- Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory
- Assist in managing department budgets and expenses
- Respond to inquiries from clients and employees in a timely manner
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and record keeping
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure efficient workflow processes
Requirements:
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in an administrative role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Ability to communicate effectively in English (Malayalees and Nepali speakers preferred)
- Prior experience working in an English-speaking environment preferred
- Must have valid work visa for Lithuania (own visa preferred)
