Office Manager (Female)
We are seeking a highly organized and efficient Office Manager to join our team in Khanpur. This role is perfect for a female candidate with strong administrative and leadership skills, who can handle multiple tasks and prioritize responsibilities effectively.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations of the office, ensuring smooth functioning and high productivity
- Manage and maintain office supplies, equipment, and facilities
- Handle incoming calls, emails, and correspondence in a professional manner
- Coordinate meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements for senior management
- Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required
- Manage office budget and expenses, keeping track of invoices and payments
- Supervise administrative staff and provide training as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to multitask
- Strong attention to detail
- Proficient in MS Office suite
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred
Salary:
1100$ per month
