Land Surveyor



We are a leading construction company based in Al Ahmadi, seeking a highly skilled and experienced Land Surveyor to join our team. As a Land Surveyor, you will be responsible for conducting surveys and producing accurate measurements of land, buildings, and other structures to assist in the design and construction process. This is a full-time position with accommodation provided and we are urgently looking for someone with a biometric passport.

Responsibilities:
- Conduct land surveys using specialized equipment such as GPS, total stations, and laser scanners
- Utilize surveying software to produce 2D and 3D maps and models
- Analyze data and measurements to produce accurate reports for clients
- Work closely with engineers, architects, and other professionals to ensure accurate design plans
- Keep detailed records of surveying activities including notes, sketches, and digital data
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations on job sites

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Surveying or related field
- Minimum of 3 years experience as a Land Surveyor
- Proficiency in using surveying equipment and software
- Strong mathematical skills
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Excellent communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Valid biometric passport
