We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Machine Learning Engineer to join our dynamic team in Siauliai, Lithuania. As a Machine Learning Engineer, you will be responsible for developing, testing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex business problems.

In this role, you will work closely with our data scientists and software engineers to collect, clean, and analyze data from various sources. You will also be responsible for building and maintaining scalable machine learning pipelines and deploying models into production environments.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems
- Collect, clean, and analyze large datasets from various sources
- Collaborate with data scientists to identify relevant features for model training
- Build and maintain scalable machine learning pipelines
- Deploy models into production environments
- Monitor model performance and make improvements as needed
- Stay up-to-date with latest advancements in machine learning technologies and techniques

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or related field
- Strong understanding of machine learning concepts such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python or R
- Experience with popular machine learning libraries such as TensorFlow or PyTorch
- Knowledge of data processing tools like SQL, Spark or Hadoop
- Experience working with large datasets in a distributed computing environment is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to think analytically
- Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with multidisciplinary teams
- Passion for continuous learning and staying updated on latest trends in the field
