We are seeking an experienced and skilled Machine Learning Engineer to join our rapidly growing team in Siauliai. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing machine learning algorithms and models to solve complex problems and improve our products. You will work closely with our data science team to analyze data, identify patterns, and build predictive models. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in computer science, mathematics, and statistics, as well as experience with programming languages such as Python or R.

Responsibilities:
- Design and develop machine learning algorithms and models to solve business problems
- Work closely with data scientists to understand requirements and identify relevant data sources
- Analyze large datasets to extract insights and identify patterns
- Build predictive models using techniques such as regression, classification, clustering, etc.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate machine learning models into existing systems
- Continuously monitor model performance and make necessary improvements
- Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate new tools and techniques into our processes

Requirements:
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Mathematics or related field
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in machine learning engineering or data science role
- Strong understanding of statistics and mathematical concepts such as linear algebra, probability theory, etc.
- Experience with programming languages such as Python or R for data analysis and model development
- Knowledge of machine learning frameworks such as TensorFlow or Scikit-Learn
- Familiarity with cloud computing platforms like AWS or Azure is a plus
- Excellent problem-solving skills with a strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment
