IT Manager



We are hiring an experienced IT Manager to oversee our company's technology operations and ensure that they align with our business objectives. You will be responsible for managing all aspects of our IT department, including infrastructure, systems, and software development.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement IT strategies and plans in line with the company's goals
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the IT department and ensure efficient functioning
- Manage the budget for IT expenses and investments
- Identify opportunities to improve technology systems and processes to increase efficiency and productivity
- Stay up-to-date with industry developments and recommend new technologies to enhance our business operations
- Lead a team of IT professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and training as needed
- Ensure the security of data, network access, and backup systems
- Collaborate with other departments to understand their technology needs and provide suitable solutions
- Monitor performance of IT systems and address any issues or outages in a timely manner

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems or a related field (Master's degree preferred)
- Minimum of 5 years experience as an IT Manager or similar role
- Proven experience in developing and implementing IT strategies aligned with business objectives
- In-depth knowledge of hardware, software, networking, security protocols, databases, web development languages/frameworks (e.g. Java, Python), cloud computing services (e.g. AWS)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage a team effectively
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail
- Good communication skills to effectively collaborate with different teams within the organization

Location: This position is based in Esbjerg but we welcome applicants from all nationalities who are willing to relocate.

Salary: We offer a competitive salary package of 1200$ per month along with accommodation.
