Part-Time Construction Project Manager

A reputable construction company in Roskilde is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Part-Time Construction Project Manager to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the construction industry, with proven experience managing projects and teams. This position offers a competitive salary of 1000$ per month.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion
- Develop project timelines and budgets, and ensure they are adhered to
- Coordinate with clients, architects, engineers, and contractors to ensure project goals are met
- Manage and lead a team of construction workers
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to keep projects on track
- Communicate regularly with stakeholders to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred
- Minimum of 3 years experience in construction project management
- Strong knowledge of building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Proven experience developing budgets, timelines, and managing resources effectively
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret technical documents
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
