Hotel Sales Manager



We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Hotel Sales Manager to join our team in Roskilde, Denmark. As the Hotel Sales Manager, you will be responsible for driving sales and revenue for our hotel through developing and executing sales strategies. You must have a strong understanding of the hotel industry, excellent communication skills, and a proven track record of successful sales.

Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and occupancy for the hotel
- Identify new business opportunities and establish relationships with potential clients
- Maintain relationships with existing clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services
- Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competition
- Prepare proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals with clients
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and operations, to ensure the smooth execution of events and promotions
- Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management

Requirements:
- Minimum of 3 years experience in hotel sales or a similar role
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
- Excellent communication skills in English (Danish language proficiency is a plus)
- Strong negotiation skills and ability to build relationships with clients
- In-depth knowledge of the hotel industry, including market trends and competition in Roskilde
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively with other departments

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1400$ per month.

Location:
This is a contract job based in Roskilde, Denmark. However, we are open to candidates who require visa sponsorship.

Experience Level:
This position requires prior experience in a similar role.
