Construction Project Manager


We are seeking a highly experienced Construction Project Manager to join our team in Beer-Sheva, Israel. As a Construction Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of construction projects from start to finish. This includes managing budgets, schedules, and resources while ensuring quality standards are met and projects are completed on time and within budget.

Key Responsibilities:
- Plan and manage construction projects from beginning to end
- Create and manage project budgets and timelines
- Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed
- Coordinate with contractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders
- Ensure compliance with building codes and safety regulations
- Manage project documentation and reporting
- Oversee quality control and inspection processes
- Communicate with clients to provide updates on project status

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Construction Project Manager or similar role
- Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects on time and within budget
- In-depth knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage teams effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Proficient in project management software
- Fluency in English

Salary:
$1500 per month
