Location: Fonvieille, Monaco


We are seeking a skilled Industrial Architect to join our team in Fonvieille, Monaco. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings such as factories, warehouses, and distribution centers. Your primary focus will be on creating functional and efficient spaces that meet the specific needs of our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine their needs and requirements for industrial buildings
- Develop detailed design plans using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Ensure compliance with building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Oversee the construction process to ensure that designs are implemented correctly
- Work closely with engineers and contractors to ensure timely completion of projects
- Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and address any issues that may arise
- Communicate effectively with clients, stakeholders, and team members throughout the project lifecycle

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in architecture or a related field
- At least 5 years of experience in industrial architecture
- Proficiency in CAD software and other design tools
- Strong knowledge of building codes, zoning laws, and safety regulations
- Excellent project management skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Excellent communication skills in English (French proficiency is a plus)

Salary:
The salary for this position is $1800 per month.
