Industrial Architect


Our company is seeking a highly skilled and experienced Industrial Architect to join our team in Khanpur. As an Industrial Architect, you will be responsible for designing and overseeing the construction of industrial buildings, factories, warehouses, and other related structures. You will work closely with clients to understand their needs and create functional and efficient spaces that meet all safety and building code regulations.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with clients to determine project requirements, budget, and timeline
- Conduct site visits to gather information and assess building conditions
- Develop conceptual designs that meet client's needs and adhere to building codes
- Create detailed plans, blueprints, and 3D models using computer-aided design (CAD) software
- Obtain necessary permits and approvals from relevant authorities
- Oversee construction process to ensure adherence to design plans and quality standards
- Communicate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the project
- Ensure compliance with safety regulations throughout the construction process
- Manage project budget and schedule

Requirements:
- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience as an Industrial Architect
- Strong knowledge of industrial building design principles, codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in CAD software and other relevant design tools
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients and team members
- Knowledge of construction processes and ability to oversee projects from start to finish
- Attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and ability to think creatively

Salary:
We are offering a competitive salary of $1000 per month for this full-time position.
