We are hiring an experienced Architecture Manager to join our growing team in Braga. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in architecture, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in managing architectural projects. As our Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of the architectural process, from concept development to construction completion. You will also be responsible for managing a team of architects and ensuring that projects are completed within budget and on time. A creative mindset, excellent communication skills, and the ability to lead and motivate a team are essential for this role.

Responsibilities:
- Oversee all aspects of the architectural process, from concept development to construction completion
- Manage a team of architects, providing guidance and support throughout each project
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and create innovative design solutions that meet their requirements
- Ensure that projects are completed within budget and on time
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor project progress and address any issues that may arise
- Review project plans and drawings to ensure accuracy and compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with contractors, engineers, and other professionals involved in the construction process to ensure smooth execution of projects
- Develop and maintain relationships with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in architecture to continuously improve our services

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in managing architectural projects
- Proven track record of successfully completing architectural projects on time and within budget
- Strong understanding of design principles, building codes, and regulations
- Proficiency in AutoCAD or other relevant software
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a team
- Creative mindset with a keen eye for detail
- Ability to work under pressure and prioritize tasks effectively
- Valid work permit or visa sponsorship for non-EU candidates
