Architecture Manager



As an Architecture Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing all aspects of the architectural design process for our company in Braga. You will work closely with clients, contractors, and other team members to ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion
- Develop project plans, budgets, timelines, and resource allocation
- Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and requirements
- Lead design meetings and presentations with clients and other stakeholders
- Provide guidance and mentorship to junior architects
- Ensure compliance with building codes, regulations, and standards
- Oversee the work of contractors and subcontractors
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress and address any issues that arise
- Review and approve project proposals, drawings, and specifications
- Maintain accurate project documentation

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Architecture or related field
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in architectural design or management
- Proven track record of successfully managing projects from start to finish
- Extensive knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, and software (AutoCAD, Revit)
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate a team towards a common goal
- Excellent communication skills in English (Portuguese proficiency is a plus)
- Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
- Ability to work under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Valid work permit/visa for Braga (if not a Portuguese national)

Salary:
The salary for this position is 1100$ per month.
