We are in need of a seasonal Concierge to join our team in Kolding, Denmark. As a Concierge, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to our guests and assisting with any inquiries or requests they may have. Key Requirements:
- No previous experience required
- Must have valid visa to work in Denmark
- Fluent in English (additional language skills are a plus)
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Able to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays

Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests upon arrival and departure
- Provide information about local attractions, restaurants, and events
- Arrange transportation or reservations for guests as needed
- Handle guest requests such as laundry, room service, or wake-up calls
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of lobby area
- Assist with check-in/out procedures as needed
