Position Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and skilled Formworker to join our construction team in Clairvaux. This is a full-time position with a salary of 1100$. As a Formworker, you will be responsible for creating and setting up the molds that hold concrete in place during construction projects.

Key Responsibilities:
- Measure and mark cutting lines on materials based on blueprints and specifications
- Cut, shape, and assemble wood, steel or plastic materials to form molds for concrete structures
- Ensure all forms are properly aligned, braced, and anchored to maintain accuracy and structural integrity
- Pour, spread, and smooth concrete into forms using hand tools or power equipment
- Monitor the curing process to ensure the proper strength and finish of the concrete
- Remove forms once the concrete has set and clean and prepare them for reuse
- Repair or replace damaged formwork as needed

Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Formworker in the construction industry
- Strong knowledge of building materials, measurements, and safety procedures
- Ability to read blueprints and interpret construction plans
- Skilled in using hand tools, power tools, and other equipment related to formwork
- Physically fit with the ability to lift heavy materials regularly
- Attention to detail with a focus on quality workmanship
