IT Support Specialist - Moscow, Russia



Our IT support team in Moscow is seeking a skilled and experienced Support Specialist to provide technical assistance to our clients. This position will require you to have a strong understanding of computer systems, troubleshooting techniques, and customer service.

Responsibilities:
- Provide technical support to clients via phone, email, or in person
- Troubleshoot and resolve hardware and software issues
- Install and configure computer systems and networks
- Set up user accounts and permissions
- Maintain accurate records of all support interactions
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and procedures
- Stay updated on new technology trends and advancements

Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in IT support or related field
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems, hardware components, and networking technologies
- Excellent communication skills and ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical individuals
- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field preferred

Salary:
This is a contract position with a competitive salary of 1200$ per month. Accommodation will be provided along with a free visa and ticket for Indian nationals.
