Computer Support Specialist

We are currently seeking a Computer Support Specialist to join our team in Moscow. This is a contract job suitable for Indian nationals with strong English speaking skills. The main responsibility of this role is to provide technical support and assistance to our clients with their computer systems and software.

The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of computer hardware and software, as well as excellent problem-solving skills. Previous experience in a similar role is not necessary but would be considered an asset.

Key responsibilities include:
- Responding to client inquiries and troubleshooting technical issues related to computer systems and software
- Installing, configuring, and maintaining computer hardware and software
- Identifying and resolving system errors, malfunctions, and performance issues
- Providing remote support to clients using remote desktop tools
- Documenting all support interactions and maintaining accurate records of client issues
- Collaborating with other team members to solve complex technical problems

The successful candidate will have:
- A degree or diploma in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
- Basic knowledge of networking concepts such as TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP
- Strong communication skills in English (both written and verbal)
- The ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent problem-solving abilities and attention to detail

This is a full-time position with a salary of 1200$ per month. As this is a contract job, accommodation will not be provided. This position is suitable for both men and women who are passionate about technology and eager to learn new skills.
